    Qcron Terms of Service

    In this policy you will find all the information related to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information you use in Qcron's sites, applications, services, products, and content (“Services”). Besides, you will see how we store, transfer, use and delete that information.

    Information Collection

    In order to use our Service you will have to provide personal information ("Personal Data") which we will use to identify or contact you. This information includes (but may not be limited to): name, email, phone number and address.

    In regards with the use and access to our service ("Usage Data") we may ask for your IP address, time and date of your visit, browser version, unique device identifiers, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.

    All the collected information is product of your interaction with our network.

    Cookies Data

    Cookies are small files that may include an anonymous unique identifier sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. We use them to have a record of your activity in our Service. Likewise, there are other tracking technologies than can be used for that purpose as beacons, tags, and scripts with the main object of improving and analyzing our Service.

    It is important to mention that you can refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent but taking into account that if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

    We may also use other services (such as Google Analytics or Stripe) that have their own cookies in your browser but this Policy covers the use of cookies by Qcron only and not third parties’.

    The collected information has several purposes:

    • To provide and maintain the Service
    • To notify you about changes to our Service
    • To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service
    • To monitor the usage of the Service
    • To provide customer care and support
    • To detect, prevent and address technical issues
    • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so

    Information Disclosure

    We won’t give or sell your information to third parties with intent on providing advertisement to you. However, we may disclose your personal information if it is required by law. If we do provide any information, we will notify you so you can challenge it, unless we are prohibited by law or if it endangers others. We will strongly refuse to answer any requirement of personal information of our users that we consider improper.

    Data Storage

    By using our Services, you authorize us to store, transfer and maintain your information in the United States and any other country where we operate. In addition, by accepting this Privacy Policy you agree with the fact that all your personal information may be transferred to (and maintained on) computers located outside your province, country or other governmental jurisdiction with a different data protection law.

    Your consent and submission to the information detailed in this Privacy Policy represents your agreement to that transfer.

    Data Security

    To protect all data transmitted to and from our site we use encryption (HTTPS/TLS) but it’s known that transmissions over Internet are not 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee security. You should take into account you are using the Service at your own risk, and in this sense, you should take all necessary measures to secure your account.

    We will make sure your information is treated securely in accordance with this Privacy Policy as well as there is no transfer of your personal information to any organization or country unless there is an adequate security compliance of your data.

    Transfer of Data

    In case we are involved in a bankruptcy, acquisition, merger, sale of assets or reorganization and due to that situation your information would be transferred or part of another privacy policy, we commit ourselves to notify you in advance so you can opt out of any such new policy by deleting your account before transfer.

    We will send periodic emails related to service changes, new policies or account features and it is important you consider that the only way of being excluded from the email list is by deleting your account. On the contrary, you can opt out of any other emails regarding operational, administrative, or marketing notifications.

    We will never ask for your password or other account information so, if you ever receive such an email, please send it to us so we can investigate.

    Third-Party Service Providers

    It is sometimes possible we employ third party companies or individuals whom would work on our behalf to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used, to facilitate or provide our Service and also to perform Service-related services.

    In order to perform said tasks on our behalf, these third parties need access to your personal information but of course they cannot use it or disclose it for any other purpose.

    Google Analytics

    We use Google Analytics to analyze our website traffic. This tool is offered by Google and uses collected data to track and monitor the use of our Service. Likewise, all the information is shared with other Google services and it may also be used to contextualize and personalize Google ads.

    You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

    Payment Processors

    Stripe is the payment processor platform used to pay Qcron’s membership. It is important you know Stripe may collect your personal information in regards with your billing information to provide their services, and also store personal data and business data to prevent fraud and other abuse.

    Notice that when you delete your Qcron account all your personal information will be deleted as well. However, in terms of billing or payment information, you would have to do it directly with the payment processor site as we do not have those records.

    Deleting your Personal Information

    You are entitled to know which information we have on you and also to request an update or deletion but take into account that some information cannot be deleted while your account is active. If you delete your account the information will be stored in our backups for up to 6 months after the deletion. In case of legal process, we may preserve and maintain copies of your information.

    To delete your account send a request to legal@qcron.com and keep in mind that all your information will be unrecoverable after that time.

    We will keep your personal information while your account is active.

    You will find third party links in our Service but they are not operated by us. If you click on any third party link you will be directed to that third party's site. We do not have control or responsibility for the content, privacy policies of any third party sites or service.

    It is important you give a look to the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

    Children's Privacy

    Our Service is not aimed at anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

    Qcron has no intention of collecting personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you know that your children has provided us personal information, please let us know. If a situation of that kind takes place, without verification of parental consent, we will immediately remove all information from our servers.

    Rights of Data

    You are entitled to know how we manage all your personal information. In fact, if you think there is a mistake or inaccuracy of any kind by entering to your profile you will be able to make corrections. You can also request the portability of your information as well as add or update the information and/or delete your account.

    In certain circumstances, you can ask for a limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep it for the execution of defense or claims. However, you can oppose the processing of your data in justified cases except for legitimate, imperative or necessary reasons.

    You are entitled to file a petition regarding the processing of your personal information with the Supervisory Authority of your EU member state, if you consider there is a violation of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

    You can request an export of your personal information or withdraw consent by deleting your account. You can do this by contacting legal@qcron.com.

    Changes to this Privacy Policy

    You will find in our website all updates regarding this Privacy Policy. Said updates will be effective once they are posted on this page.

    We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service the intended changes and also the “effective date” that will appear at the top of this Privacy Policy.

    We suggest you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
